Saray Muhallebicisi chose Microsoft Dynamics AX solution with the consultancy of Pargesoft in order to achieve standardization in financial processes and reach excellence in operational management. Carrying out activities in retail and hospitality services, Saray Muhallebicisi did not yield the expected efficiency from the local solutions in terms  of an operationally central and integrated ERP system. Because of the lack of a central structure, data was managed by different departments with different applications. Lack of standardization made auditability in financial works difficult.

 

Microsoft Dynamics AX meets the retail and hospitality sectors’ need for horizontal ERP components in many areas including accounting, finance and stock purchasing with a strong infrastructure. Solutions, which Pargesoft developed specifically for these sectors, such as table and reservation management, kitchen screens, prescription meets all the work process management needs of hospitality sector. This was the main reason why Saray Muhallebicisi chose to integrate Microsoft ERP solution portfolio with the consultancy of Pargesoft.

Saray Muhallebicisi chose Pargesoft as a business partner of the project since Pargesoft has sectoral experience, speaks the same language with different work units, fully understands customer needs and accordingly, provide the best solutions. Pargesoft understands the problems of people working in processes such as finance, logistics and production, and who will use the system. This facilitates the transition processes in ERP integration and increases work efficiency.

In Microsoft Dynamics AX integration project, which started in the first quarter of 2016, the first phase was completed last year. An increase in efficiency was observed in the reports submitted to the top management after the project, and it became easier for decision makers to develop clearer and more accurate estimations.

With the project, all data in financial affairs department has been collected under the roof of a single central structure. AS a result of this, the auditability has improved in many processes including cost accounting. The capability of assigning positions based on authority and roles minimised risks in audit processes. An increase was observed in the efficiency of processes.

Saray Muhallebicisi plans to put into use the solutions specific to retail sector and restaurant operation in the second phase of the project.

e-Ledger and e-Invoice integration

Use of payment registration device (PRD) is also of great significance in hospitality sector. With the PargePRD add-on, which it developed specifically for the sector with its Dynamics ERP infrastructure, Pargesoft provided a significant convenience for Saray Muhallebicisi, which had previous experience in the process of transforming sale into an e-invoice. It is possible to retrieve mail certified receipt, information slip, printed invoice, e-Invoice and e-Archive Invoice from the system, which works in integration with PRD. Similarly, e-State customization allows transferring the invoices issued to Saray, to the system more efficiently. This caused significant decrease in operational load, and eliminated human related errors.

Aiming to comply with the legal criteria in its e-Ledger processes, Saray Muhallebicisi can obtain very fast and effective responses to its needs in this field thanks to the e-ledge solution in Microsoft Dynamics portfolio. The integration of e-Invoice and e-Ledger, being received from the same system significantly increases the efficiency of works and persons who perform them.
