More Efficiency at Promedis thanks to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 and Cloud-HR

At Promedis Group, end-to-end control and efficiency has been achieved in corporate processes thanks to the end-to-end NAV 20 implementation carried out under the consultancy of Pargesoft within the scope of NAV 2018 Azure project.

Founded for the purpose of introducing a new perspective to healthcare sector, Promedis Group is combining the experience of Pi Medikal, which has a prestigious place in Turkish healthcare sector for a period of almost 30 years, with the innovative technologies and approaches. Promedis, reliable representative of leading medical device producers in Turkey, Promedis needed to manage its import, storage and warehouse processes more efficiently. Among the expectations of Promedis were to address the budget management in a more effective structure and to improve finance and accounting management. In addition to this, common reporting processes were needed in cash flow control and sales operations. Aiming to improve all these processes with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018, Promedis chose the expertise of Pargesoft for this project.

End-to-end NAV 2018 implementation was completed within the scope of Dynamics NAV 2018 Azure project that was carried out at Promedis Group under the consultancy services of Pargesoft. Within this scope, Pargesoft’s Cloud-HR modules, Payroll module and e-Dispatch Note module as well as e-Ledger, e-Invoice and E-Archive solutions have been provided to the use of Promedis. In this way, it has become possible to control all finance, sales, purchase, product management, installation, payroll and human resources processes on Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform and Cloud-HR solutions.

End-to-end Efficiency

Efficiency has been achieved in several processes thanks to the customizations Pargesoft implemented on the processes of Promedis with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018. After transition to NAV 2018, Promedis can now track its basic financial processes such as sales, sales management, price management and budget management on the basis of product groups and the sales representative. Standard finance management and reporting is also possible thanks to the central system that allows this functionality.
