Kyocera Bilgitaş Turkey Doküman Çözümleri A.Ş transferred its data flow, which it managed through many different platforms, to Microsoft Dynamics with he support of Pargesoft.
Founded in 1982, and as one of the leading document management solutions and services companies in Turkey, KYOCERA Bilgitaş Turkey Doküman Çözümleri A.Ş aims to provide the best service to its sales channel and customers in Turkey with its experience and photocopy, printer, software and service solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiency and protect the environment.
Having kept its data on different platforms in the past, the company started to look for ERP in the beginning of 2013 to promote its work processes to an integrated end-to-end solution. İlhan Berberler, KYOCERA Bilgitaş Information Technologies System Director, describes that period as follows: “Until the beginning of 2013, we were keeping our data on many different software and platforms such as Excel, accounting applications, technical service programs and storage management terminals. Not being able to share data between departments actively and simultaneously, we decided that we needed ERP. We wanted to work on a single platform instead of several unrelated software. At this point, we conducted researches and talked to many companies, and in 2013, decided to adopt Microsoft Dynamics ERP solution with the consultancy services of Pargesoft.
With Pargesoft experience, a smooth transition
Pargesoft’s sectoral experience, customer satisfaction oriented approach and vertical solutions designed specifically for the customers was the primary factor in Kyocera Turkey’s selection of ERP and consultant. The company quickly completed its preparations for transition to ERP, and we completed all the phases to create an integrated structure within a period of approximately 2.5 years. At this point, the consultancy of Pargesoft was of critical importance for managing the process without any flaws and problems. İlhan Berberler stated that there were many changes in the operating process of Kyocera Turkey in the transition period, and continued: “Switching to a new structure brings along many changes on the system. As Kyocera Turkey, we also went through such processes during our transition to ERP. However, it must be emphasized that we completed this transition without any problems also thanks to the contributions of Pargesoft. At this point, we are very happy about using Microsoft Dynamics products.”
With the Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions it is using, Kyocera Turkey transformed its sales-oriented structure to a plan-oriented structure, and both increased efficiency, and minimised risks that would hinder the growth vision of the company with long term and consistent plans.
