IPSO Tarım A.Ş has started managing it work processes with Dynamics 365 products.

Based in Turkish market, IPSO Tarım A.Ş. Carries out activities as part of French Monnoyeur Group, one of the biggest distributors of international agriculture equipment. Highly experiences in its field, IPSO Tarım is also Turkey distributor of John Dee brand. It offers agricultural producers solutions such as tractors, harvesters, precision agriculture technologies, spare parts, field service and operator training with its expert dealer and service network spread all over the country.

 

 

IPSO Tarım A.Ş. needed a powerful solution to manage sales, service, spare parts supply and business processes more efficiently and effectively. For this purpose, they preferred the expertise of Pargesoft for managing their processes with Dynamics 365 products. 1St phase of Dynamics 365 project, which started in July 2020 under the consultancy services o Pargesoft, was completed and put into use in September. Within the scope of the project, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central product and installation needs and work processes were configured and completed. Advantages provided by cloud based architecture allowed activating Dynamics 365 project at IPSO Tarım A.Ş. In a short span of time, and provided a significant advantage to the company in ERP and CRM applications.

 

More efficient processes

With this project, IPSO Tarım A.Ş. Allowed its dealers to have management competence in several areas including spare part procurement, sales and service procedures, and is now able to manage its processes more efficiently and more successfully thanks to the benefits provided by Dynamic 365 Sales (Sales Power Automation) and Dynamics 365 Portal (PowerApps Portals) products.

Dynamics 365 project, which is planned as 2 phases, will be completed in December 2020 with the activation of all its units. We would like to thank the esteemed Pargesoft personnel, who provided service in this successful project, and appreciate their devotion and diligence during pandemic period.
